With the boom of the Tiny House movement across the globe, and the trend towards a more sustainable and affordable way of life, there is no way this is a passing fad.
The reasons for building ‘tiny’ are many and varied, but what consistently comes up when researching the topic is affordability & wanting to contribute to a greener future for humanity. Something we should all care deeply about.
The average cost of a tiny home build is much lower than that of a ‘standard’ home, as it uses less raw materials, and takes up a smaller land footprint. It would therefore follow that living in said tiny home inherently leads to significant savings.
You’ll spend less to heat and cool your home, as well as on general maintenance. For those 2 reasons alone, a Showerdome® shower top should be a no-brainer for every tiny home build. With everything in a tiny home being in such a close proximity – moisture reduction is a key consideration when planning.
